OnlyFans Advertising and OnlyFans Promotion Services That Get You Found

Every mainstream ad platform rejects adult creative, so the channels that are left are adult ad networks, social platforms that tolerate the traffic, shoutouts, agencies and directories. Below is what each one really costs and which one fits the stage you are at.

A claimed listing here runs $149 a year. A management agency that markets for you typically takes 20% to 50% of your net earnings, every month, forever.

Are you already in the directory?

Type your OnlyFans username. If we already have a page for you, you land on it and can claim it. If we do not, you can add yourself.

The short answer

OnlyFans advertising means buying attention on the small set of places that accept adult promotion: adult ad networks such as TrafficJunky, ExoClick and JuicyAds, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit's separate adult inventory tier, paid shoutouts from larger creators, and paid listings in OnlyFans directories. Google Ads, Meta and TikTok reject adult creative outright, so no budget you set there will run.

Cost per new subscriber varies enormously by channel and niche. Ad networks are the fastest but need real budget and a landing page. Shoutouts are cheap to test and unpredictable. A directory listing is the cheapest recurring option because you are paying for placement in front of people who are already searching for creators rather than buying an interruption.

Where to promote your OnlyFans, and what each channel costs

Honest version, including where this site is the wrong answer. Prices are typical US market ranges reported by creators and published rate cards, not quotes, and they move.

Adult ad networks (TrafficJunky, ExoClick, JuicyAds) CPM buys, realistically a few hundred dollars minimum to learn anything Hours Creators with a budget and a link page that converts You are buying raw traffic. Without a tracked landing page most of the spend disappears.

Where OnlyFans advertising is blocked before you spend a dollar

Google Ads

Google's adult content policy blocks ads promoting sexually explicit material and the sites that host it. Creators who try to route around it with a cloaked landing page usually lose the ad account rather than the campaign, and a suspended account is hard to get back.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

Meta prohibits adult content in ads, and its enforcement extends to links that lead to adult subscription pages. Organic Instagram accounts survive if the grid stays within the community guidelines, which is why so many creators run a tame public feed and keep the explicit material behind the paywall. Our guide on how to promote OnlyFans on Instagram without getting banned shows which posts and bio links are safe.

Reddit and X paid inventory

Reddit excludes NSFW-flagged subreddits from normal ad targeting and keeps adult advertisers on a separate, gated inventory tier. X allows adult content organically but restricts what can be bought as an ad, so most creator promotion there is posts and paid shoutouts rather than campaigns. If you plan to buy OnlyFans traffic instead, adult ad networks are the channel built for it.

That leaves an awkward gap. The platforms with the most people ban the ads, and the platforms that allow the ads have far fewer buyers on them. Search is the exception: someone typing a creator's name or a niche into Google is already looking to subscribe, and a directory page is one of the few ways to be standing there when they do.

How a paid listing on OFSwipe works

1

Find or add your page

Search your username in the box above. Thousands of profiles are already in the index, so there is a good chance yours exists as an unclaimed page you have never seen.

2

Claim and verify it

Verification proves the account is yours. From then on you control the bio, avatar, gallery, links and categories, and you get the verified badge on the page fans land on.

3

Buy placement if it pays

There are eight homepage featured spots. They are labeled as paid placements so fans know what they are looking at, and they run for the whole paid period with no bidding.

Who this is worth paying for, and who should skip it

Worth it

  • You have a specific niche that people search by name, such as a city, a body type, a fetish or a cosplay lane.
  • Your social accounts keep getting restricted and you want a page you own the copy on. If you have no public feed at all, the page on getting followers on OnlyFans without social media covers that route.
  • You already spend on shoutouts and want a fixed monthly cost that does not scale with your earnings.
  • You want to control what an unclaimed page about you already says.

Skip it

  • You have no content on your OnlyFans page yet. Traffic to an empty page converts at close to zero.
  • You expect thousands of subscribers in week one. Directory traffic builds as pages get indexed.
  • You want someone to write your DMs and run your posting schedule. That is an agency service, not a listing.
  • You are not comfortable being findable by search. Being easy to find is the entire product.

Questions creators ask before buying promotion

You can promote an OnlyFans account on adult ad networks such as TrafficJunky, ExoClick and JuicyAds, on X and Reddit organically, in Telegram and Discord communities, through paid shoutouts from larger creators, and in paid creator directories. Google Ads, Meta and TikTok reject adult creative, so those three are closed to you.
The best channel depends on what you have more of, time or money. With time, a consistent X and Reddit presence in your niche costs nothing and compounds. With money, adult ad networks move fastest, and a directory listing gives you a searchable page that keeps working while you sleep. Most earners run two channels at once.
Some are, many are not. The recurring scams are bot-driven follower packages, sellers who inflate their reach screenshots, and anyone who asks for your OnlyFans login. Legitimate promotion never needs your password. Pay for placement or reach you can independently verify, start with the smallest package, and measure subscribers rather than clicks.
You cannot buy Instagram ads for adult content, because Meta prohibits it and enforces on the destination link as well as the creative. Organic Instagram is different: a feed that stays inside Meta community guidelines can survive and send traffic through a link page. Keep the explicit material behind the paywall.
Paid shoutouts commonly run from about $20 to $500 per post depending on the seller reach. Ad network campaigns realistically need a few hundred dollars before the data means anything. Management agencies take 20% to 50% of net revenue. A claimed directory listing here is $149 a year.
They can, for creators who already earn enough that giving up a percentage buys back real time. Below roughly a few thousand dollars a month the maths rarely works, because the agency cut is charged on everything you would have earned anyway. Always confirm the percentage is on net, after the 20% OnlyFans deducts.
Yes, if you never attach a real name, face or location to the promotion. Anonymous creators typically use a persona handle, an ad network campaign or a directory page with a stage name and no city. Anything geotagged, and reverse image search on your own personal photos, is what usually breaks anonymity.
It is worth paying once your page already converts visitors into subscribers. Send a hundred visitors from a cheap channel first and check the conversion rate. If a page with content and a clear offer converts, paid promotion multiplies it. If the page is empty, promotion just buys expensive bounces.
