Refund Policy
In force from October 14, 2026
Everything sold on OFSwipe is a yearly plan paid once in cryptocurrency: OFSwipe Plus for fans, and claiming a page, Promote and featured spots for creators. Once the payment is confirmed on chain and the plan opens, it is final. The short list of exceptions is below.
Why we do not refund a running plan
A plan buys a year of a feature, such as unlimited swiping and price filters, an edited and verified page, a place in the Promoted row, or one of the eight featured places on the front page. The year starts when the plan opens, and its price does not depend on how often you swiped, how many visitors saw your page or how many of them subscribed to you. Paying is a request for the plan to start at once, and you accept that any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right ends when it does.
Nothing renews on its own. When the year ends, the plan simply lapses unless you choose to pay for another one, so there is no renewal to forget and no charge to stop.
Stopping a plan early
You can end a plan at any time under Your plan in the dashboard. A claimed page then returns to unclaimed, and a promotion or featured spot stops. Ending a plan early does not pay back the months that remain, and crypto payments cannot be reversed from our side.
Requests we turn down
- Fewer visitors, swipes, clicks or new fans than you hoped for. You pay for placement and features, not for results.
- Losing interest in the directory, taking a break from creating or closing a page elsewhere.
- Picking a plan that turned out to be the wrong one for you.
- A page hidden or taken down because it broke our Terms of Service, our age rules or a valid removal request.
- A feature that is not described on the pricing page, or that works differently from what you pictured.
- Coins sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address or in the wrong amount, and changes in exchange rates or network fees.
- A discount code that was invalid or already used. Codes are checked before you pay.
- Activity by anyone you shared your login with.
When money does go back
Only in these three situations, only if our records back the request, and never above what was paid for the plan in question:
- The same plan was paid twice because of a fault on our side.
- A payment was made from your account without you. Someone got into your account or wallet, you tell us within 14 days, and the records held by us and by our payment operator confirm it. A statement alone does not decide it.
- The feature never worked. A confirmed fault on our side kept your paid plan from working at all for an unbroken stretch, you reported it while it lasted, and we could not repair it. Brief interruptions, slow loading and trouble with your own device or connection are not included.
Where possible, a return goes back by the same payment route and in the amount originally paid. It settles our entire liability for that payment.
Sending a request
Write to [email protected] from the email on your account, no later than 14 days after paying. Name the plan, give the date and the transaction reference, and say which situation above applies. Late requests and requests sent any other way are not reviewed.
Our records
Opening an account means accepting the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and this policy belongs to those Terms. The pricing page and the payment page show the plan, the yearly price and the fact that nothing renews before you pay.
We keep, for every plan, when it was bought, the plan and price shown, your acceptance of the Terms, the emails we sent, and an activity log of the account (sign-ins, page edits, plan start and end) with the technical details stored next to each entry. Our payment operator holds its own record of the payment with its reference, amount, coin and time. Requests are measured against these records.
Disputes
If something about a payment looks wrong, contact us before anyone else. A dispute raised with a payment provider without talking to us first breaches the Terms of Service and ends with the account being closed for good, and we pass the records above to whoever handles the dispute.
Plans bought earlier
Plans paid before October 14, 2026 keep the terms that were in place on the day of payment.
